Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and service desk management
- Strong knowledge of network and communications systems (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)
- Expertise in incident/problem management, SLA monitoring, and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with storage, backup, recovery, and middleware integration
- Proficiency in Service Monitoring, SRE practices, and capacity/resiliency planning
- Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, IFRS, and SAMA standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector
- Background in risk, compliance, and DR/BCP planning
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
