Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in banking application management with hands-on expertise in core banking systems
- Strong knowledge of system integration across treasury, finance, and digital platforms
- Experience managing vendor relationships, platform upgrades, and risk mitigation
- Proven skills in project management and IT service delivery
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
- Certifications: PMP / Prince2 and ITIL Foundation
- Certification in Core Banking Platforms (Temenos, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc.)
- Certified Core Banking Professional (CCBP) credential
- Experience supporting digital transformation and performance optimization initiatives
