Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related Field
- 5+ years of experience in the banking industry preferred
- Strong background in remittance services, sales, or marketing
- Fluent in both Bengali & English
- Preferred skills including excellent communication and customer retention.
