Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in portfolio governance, PMO, or project management.
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and benefits realization frameworks.
Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, and portfolio management tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in the banking industry is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
Professional Certifications: PMP / PFMP / Prince 2
