About the Job:

You will play a key role in facilitating the successful transition for our client. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to lead the transformation of financial processes, records, and books to align with the new statewide accounting system

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain processes and identifying improvement opportunities 
• Lead the documentation and optimization of financial processes
• Oversee the migration of financial data, ensuring integrity and accuracy, while implementing new SOPs

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance & 2+ years in financial accounting experience.
• Advanced skills Excel, process visualization, and improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools.
